Use this guide to accurately measure your body before selecting your size. For the most precise fit, measure directly against your body using a soft tape measure, keeping it level and close fitting without pulling tight. Stand naturally and avoid measuring over bulky clothing. If you fall between sizes, consider how you prefer your garments to fit and the intended use of the product.

A | Chest

Measure the full circumference of your chest at the widest point, just under your armpits. Keep the tape level across your back.

B | Waist

Measure around your natural waistline at the narrowest part of your torso. Do not pull the tape too tight.

C | Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your low hips, keeping the tape level and parallel to the floor.
