Clearpay is a payment option that lets you split the cost of your ThruDark order into four interest-free payments, paid every two weeks.

Simply choose Clearpay when you reach the payment stage. You’ll pay the first instalment upfront, and the remaining three will be taken automatically every two weeks.

You must be 18+. You are eligible for Clearpay if it’s available in your country. At checkout, you’ll see all the payment and shipping options that apply to your location, including Clearpay, thanks to our partnership with Globale.

Clearpay is only available on orders over £200 (GBP) and cannot be used on pre-orders. Your payment history or other internal Clearpay checks may also affect availability.

No. Clearpay doesn’t perform credit checks, and using it won’t impact your credit rating.

If a payment is missed, Clearpay may pause your account and a late fee could apply. To avoid issues, make sure you have enough in your account on payment days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation from Clearpay, and you can also track your payments in the Clearpay app or by logging into your account.

Yes. Once your return is processed by ThruDark, Clearpay will adjust your remaining payments or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Yes, your scheduled payments will still be taken. If your delivery is delayed, please get in touch with us so we can help.

You may be sent to Clearpay’s site or app to log in, manage your account, or check your payment schedule. It’s completely secure and part of the process.

Klarna is a trusted Swedish payment provider that lets you shop now and pay later. After your ThruDark order is confirmed, you’ll get an email from Klarna with instructions. You’ll then have 30 days to pay via debit or credit card at klarna.com/uk. No interest. No fuss.

You must be 18+. You are eligible for Klarna if it’s available in your country. At checkout, you’ll see all the payment and shipping options that apply to your location, including Klarna, thanks to our partnership with Globale.

Klarna’s Pay Later option is determined by an algorithm that considers your order value, item availability, and your Klarna order history. If it's not available, you can still pay with a card or PayPal.

Make sure your full name and address are accurate and match your billing info. Klarna is more likely to approve orders where the shipping and billing details align.

You’ll need to enter your name, address, email, and sometimes your mobile number or date of birth. Klarna uses your email to send all payment details, so double-check it’s correct.

Klarna may run a soft credit check to help make approval decisions. This doesn’t affect your credit score and is only visible to you and Klarna.

You can pay straight away by debit or credit card, or use Klarna’s Pay Later option to pay within 30 days of your item being shipped.

You’ll get email reminders, and possibly texts or letters. If you still don’t pay, your credit score could be affected—so make sure to keep on top of payments.

You might be sent to Klarna’s site to view or settle your payments. This is normal and secure.

Once we receive your return and it’s approved, Klarna will update your statement. If it’s a full return, your statement is cancelled. For partial returns, your balance is adjusted.

No worries—you’ve got 30 days to pay. If your order’s delayed, get in touch with us or Klarna so they can pause your payment deadline.
