All sale and purchase contracts concluded through the use of this website will be subject to these terms and conditions and governed by English Law.

The full payment for all orders must be made at the time of placing your order, of which details must be given at the time of placing your order. All transactions are encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Therefore, we do not store any payment or financial information in our system.

Listed prices on this website are displayed in GBP. When purchasing goods from outside of the United Kingdom, all payments will be taken in this currency.

Listed prices are exclusive of any chargeable import taxes or duties implemented by the destination country of the order recipient. As the person placing the order, you agree to be liable for any such charges associated with your order. Listed prices also exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs will be additionally charged at the final stage of checkout.

Through ordering goods from this website, you agree to allow ThruDark to verify your card details with your card issuer. We will do our best to ensure that any such checks are completed as soon as is reasonably possible. However, please note that we refuse to take responsibility for any delays caused by undertaking such checks.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do our best to ensure that the information presented to you on this website is accurate (please see section titled “Information Accuracy” for more information). However, please note that under the circumstances upon which information inaccuracies are discovered, we reserve the right to refuse your order at any point and will notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible where that is the case.

Despatch times will vary according to availability. If despatch is affected by delays resulting from postal issues or other causes outside our control, you agree to not hold us responsible for such inconveniences.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered. Please follow our returns procedure for returning the goods (please see section titled “Returns and Exchange Policy” for more information).

ThruDark ("we", "us") runs the ThruDark mobile message service (the "Service"). By signing up, you agree to these Mobile Terms. You agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from ThruDark at the mobile number you gave us. These may include offers, promotions and reminders, such as a reminder about items left in your basket. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can shop with us without signing up. We don't charge for the Service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and your wireless provider sets them, so check your plan or ask your provider for details.

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us or use the unsubscribe link in any message where one is included. We'll send you one text to confirm, and then we won't send you any more messages unless you ask us to. For help, reply HELP to any message from us or email customerservice@thrudark.com. Please give us a valid mobile number. If you get a new number, sign up again with the new one.

We may change or cancel the Service, or change these Mobile Terms, at any time. If we change the Terms, using the Service after the change means you accept it. We may also change the number or short code we text from, and we'll let you know if we do. Any STOP or HELP message sent to an old number or short code may not reach us. Wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for failed, delayed or misdirected messages, errors in them, or anything you do or don't do because of them. We respect your privacy.
