ThruDark is dedicated to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. However, should you not be satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days after your order is delivered.
 
In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it is received by you, defining this condition as: new, unworn, unaltered; displayed in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused. Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 30 days from receipt of return.
 
Items may be returned using our pre-paid CollectPlus service through Yodel.

You may use alternative means to return your item, however ThruDark will not cover the costs of this nor will we be held responsible for any returns that are damaged, lost or misplaced during transit by these means.
 
You may be eligible to exchange an item should any unwanted goods be returned in identical condition as received. However, please note that ThruDark is not obliged to agree to make any exchange and is entitled to treat any attempted exchange of goods as a simple return. Notwithstanding the above, any exchanges are subject to availability (and any balance of the purchase price owed being duly paid together with any additional despatch costs linked to the exchanged item).
 
Please note: items received as a gift must be returned by the original purchaser and/or credited to the original purchaser.

Refunds are made back to the original payment method used - if this was made using a gift card, this will reactivate.  We are unable to amend the card details used to process the refund.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation number on screen and an email acknowledgement to confirm that your order is being processed.

You will then receive a second email to confirm despatch of your goods.

For UK orders, this will include a DHL or Royal Mail tracking code, which you can enter at https://www.dhl.co.uk or https://www.royalmail.com in order to monitor its progress.

For international orders, the tracking code will generally be sent separately. The status of your order can also be checked on your “Order Status” page in the “Your Account” section of this website.

Orders must be placed by 2:30pm to be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

A signature is required on shipping so please account for this when placing your order. If delivery is attempted and you are unable to accept the order, a card will be left with details of where the package is being held.

GoDark is ThruDark’s loyalty programme, built to reward and recognise our most committed customers. Members gain access to a range of exclusive benefits including discounts, early access to launches, priority support, and more.

The programme is available exclusively to customers who sign up and create a GoDark account at thrudark.com. Tiers are based on your total spend, and benefits increase as you progress. Please note: to enter the loyalty programme and unlock Tier 3 and its benefits, customers must earn at least 1 point from a qualifying purchase. Simply creating an account is not sufficient.

The following terms and conditions outline how each benefit works and the points rules.

GoDark membership is free and available to individuals who create a GoDark account with a valid email address at www.thrudark.com. By joining, you agree to receive loyalty-related communications. Members must ensure their account information is accurate and up to date.

Please note: All GoDark loyalty discount codes must be manually entered at checkout. These discounts will not apply automatically unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Earning Points GoDark members earn points on purchases using a simple conversion: £1 spent = 1 point earned, no matter the market or currency used. All points are awarded based on the GBP equivalent of your order total at the time of purchase.

Points are awarded for each full pound spent. For example, a £125.50 order will award 125 points.

Points remain in a pending status for 30 days post-purchase to account for returns. After this period, they will be added to your account.

If an order is partially returned, points are awarded only for the retained items.

Points Expiry 

Points operate on a rolling 12-month expiry. Each time you earn points from an order, those points will expire 12 months after the order date.

Tier Retention 

When you enter a new GoDark tier, you will have 12 months to hit your retention goal and lock in your current tier for another year.

If you reach the retention target, your tier will be extended for another 12 months without risk of downgrade.

If you don’t reach the retention amount, your tier will be recalculated based on the points earned over that 12-month period.

Members will be notified in advance when points contributing to retention are due to expire.

Customers can track both points earned and retention progress via the progress bars in their GoDark account page.

Tier Structure:

• Tier 3: Entry = 1 point | Retention = 1 point
• Tier 2: Entry & Retention = 500 points
• Tier 1: Entry & Retention = 1500 points

• Birthday Discount

How to Redeem The discount code is: GD-BLACK-OPS The code must be manually entered at checkout and is only available to Black Ops members. • Discount Stacking
  

GoDark discounts cannot be combined with each other, other promotional offers, or VerifyPass industry discounts.

Benefit Overview New support tickets raised with ThruDark’s Customer Communications Team will be expedited, ensuring they’re reviewed and responded to as quickly as possible upon receipt. The average response time for standard support tickets is 2–5 working days. For Black Ops and Tier 1 members, the first response is within 24 hours.

How It Works This benefit applies when members either:

• Email support@thrudark.com directly, or
• Use the AI chatbot and enter their email address when prompted. If no email is provided via the chatbot, the priority process will not activate.

Limitations & Disclaimer During peak periods (e.g. major promotions or product drops), response times may increase. While Black Ops and Tier 1 enquiries will continue to be prioritised, some delays may still occur.

GoDark membership, points, and rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder. ThruDark reserves the right to suspend or remove loyalty benefits from any account that is found to be abusing the programme (e.g. creating multiple accounts, exploiting discount mechanics, or fraudulent returns). GoDark points are non-transferable, hold no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.

All notifications related to GoDark benefits (e.g. discounts, early access, points expiry) will be sent via email or displayed in your GoDark account. ThruDark is not responsible for missed communications due to outdated account information or email filtering.
