For the sake of fairness, and owing to our internal systems and processes, we cannot reserve or pre-order stock for GoDark members (or any other customers).

Points for purchases remain pending for the duration of our returns window (30 days). If the order is returned the points are discounted as if the order had never been placed.

After 30 days is up, your points will show on your account. There also timescales for other rewards such as leaving reviews & other activities which can also take up to 30 days to be rewarded.

All birthdays must be registered by 7am on the date of the birthday, after this we will be unable to track and send your gift card out.
