Early Access app users can return orders placed between 13 November and 31 December 2025, while all other customers placing orders via website, app, or in-store can return orders from 14 November to 31 December 2025.

All returns are accepted until 31 January 2026. Refunds and exchanges are available within 31 days of purchase, with store credit offered for returns after that, valid until 31 January 2026. Sale items can only be exchanged at the sale price, subject to availability.
Yes—you can still get a refund or exchange, but only within 31 days of your purchase. After that, during the extended return period, we can offer store credit instead, which is valid until 31 December 2025.
