The Scout is a heavy duty, fleece-lined, overhead smock jacket designed to withstand cold, wet and windy conditions. Constructed from the latest in smart fabric technology with a Swiss- engineered waterproof membrane and fleece lining from Polartec.
The Scout Smock is one of our oldest and most revered designs, renowned for its uncompromising build that matches waterproofing with windproofing and insulation. A waterproof smart fabric membrane encases a Polartec® Highloft™ fleece lining that remains breathable even during periods of high activity.
With an overhead zip design for maximum protection from the elements, the Scout Smock features side zips for easy accessibility as well as a waist drawstring to prevent heat loss. The hood is fitted large enough to accommodate a helmet and can be fully adjusted with the use of Cohaesive™ cord technology for additional protection. A large front kangaroo pocket provides enhanced storage for expedition essentials and is fleece lined to warm hands as required.
