We offer free shipping to mainland UK addresses when you spend over £175.00 (Free shipping on orders over £175 for Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man).
For mainland UK orders below this £175.00 threshold, we offer two delivery options:
Royal Mail Standard (2 to 5 days) £6.00 – estimated processing and shipping time of
2-5 working days for orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and during our busier periods.Royal Mail Express (1 to 2 days) £8.00 – estimated processing and shipping time of 1-2 working days for orders placed before 2:30pm Mon-Fri.
DHL Express (Next Day) £10.00 - Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm (UK time) delivered next working day to mainland UK. 1-3 days to Highlands and NI.
“Working days” are taken to mean Monday – Friday so orders placed after 2:30pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. UK bank holidays are not included for the purpose of “working days”.
We currently pay all customs charges and import duties on all deliveries and shipping is free when you spend over £250.00.
We offer the following delivery options:
Europe:
- FedEx Economy – this is a 3-6 working day delivery service depending on location.
- DHL Express – this is a 1-3 working day delivery service depending on location.
US / Canada:
- FedEx US Economy - this is a 3-10 working day delivery service. Free on orders over £250.
- DHL Express - this is a 2-6 working day delivery service.
Rest of World:
- DHL Express - this is a 3-10 working day delivery service.
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with all import fees and duties covered.
We do not ship to, BFPO, APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
We suggest shipping to a domestic address where possible.
We provide tracking numbers on all orders once fulfilled and dispatched by our warehouse team. These can be used to follow the progress of your delivery and in some cases to change address or delivery details if required. *If you need to change the delivery address on your shipment please use the DHL app or manage the shipment online with Royal Mail or FedEx. Unfortunately, our Support team is unable to amend shipping addresses or make any other changes to your order once placed.*
