Progression through the GoDark Tiers is determined by points earned over a 12-month period. Here is how you do it.
1 POINT FOR EVERY £1 SPENT
£1 = 1 point

GODARK FAQ'S
Progression through the GoDark Tiers is determined by points earned over 12 months or since your last Tier change, not total overall points.
To move up a Tier you must earn the number of points required by each Tier over a period of 12 months (or since your last Tier change).
Once you reach a new Tier, you will remain there for 12 months - unless you advance higher before the 12 months are up.
Provided you earn enough points to stay in your current Tier, you will remain there for a further 12 months.
If however you don’t earn enough points to stay in your current Tier, you will drop down to a Tier that matches your points earned over the last 12 months.
We will send you a reminder of this in advance to best ensure you don’t lose your rewards.
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
Tier discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions unless expressly permitted.
Points remain “pending“ for the duration of our 30 day returns window. If you return an item in this time, the points are deducted as if the item was never purchased. If after 30 days you decide to keep your items, the points are “approved“.
Throughout the year you will be given opportunities to “cash in” your points on exclusive and often limited rewards from tickets to in person events and brand experiences.
